STCU STRONGLY ENCOURAGES INTERESTED PARTY TO ARRANGE FOR A MECHANICAL INSPECTION PRIOR TO PURCHASE. MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITH CERTIFIED FUNDS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF WINNING BID.
